Pre-Conference Workshop and Attendee Registration
Conference attendees may choose from several options, including full-conference, Monday only, Tuesday only, and preconference class only.  Conference registration and preconference registration includes admittance to the Texas EMS Trade Show.  If you are not registered for the Texas EMS Conference or a preconference class, you will need an Exhibit Hall Pass to access the Texas EMS Trade Show.

Registration for Texas EMS Conference is $220 if registered by October 27, 2014.  Registration is $275 after October 27, 2014.  Preconference class pricing and course descriptions can be found under “Preconference Workshops.” Attendees may register online, by fax, or by mail.  You may register by credit card or pay by check or purchase order using any of the registration methods. 

Credit card-Payment by credit card accepted online or by phone.

Check-Payment by check is accepted for registration.  Check payment is due ten (10) days from date of registration. Registration fees not paid by early deadline will be charged at late registration rate.  You will receive an invoice by email when you submit the registration.

Purchase Order-Please select this option if you are registering with a Purchase Order.  Payment is due thirty (30) days from date of registration.  Registration fees not paid by early deadline will be charged at late registration rate.  You will receive an invoice by email when you submit the registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION - Click 
online registration to register using the online form.  You may register multiple attendees on one form.  Fill-out form exactly as you want to be identified on the conference name badge, which should be worn at all times during the conference.

MAIL or FAX REGISTRATION - You may fax or mail a PDF version of the registration form to Texas EMS Conference. Enter your information on the interactive form, print a copy, and mail or fax your form with payment.

REFUNDS may be requested, subject to a 20% administrative fee, through October 27, 2014. No refunds will be given after October 27, 2014.

By signing up for the conference, you agree to have your likeness reproduced in publications. Conferees assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, including loss or damage to property, and release management, its employees and agents against all claims.
